The Business & Reporting Analyst will act as main point of contact for business KPI insights & Trends. This role will be responsible of reporting, data analysis & stakeholder management
Responsibilities
Design and develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
Streamline & standardize the existing reporting process across the different operations
Conduct business reviews to report out metric results, trend findings & recommendations, with special emphasis on QA reporting
Become SME on performance metrics for clients and organization
Conduct and attend requirement gathering meetings to identify needs, concerns, and action plans
Collaborate in developing reference documents or reports for performance measurement
Skills and Experience
3+ year experience in similar roles
English –Spanish Language (B2+ / C1)
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Advanced Excel skills (VBA is a plus)
Intermediate-Advanced Power BI skills (preferred)
Project Management Knowledge preferred
