We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced, multinational environment. This role requires hands-on experience recruiting finance and back-office profiles, as well as the ability to partner closely with stakeholders.
Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Identify and attract candidates across multiple business functions, including Customer Service, Human Resources, Technical Support, and other corporate and operational roles in Colombia and Costa Rica.
Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand workforce needs and establish recruitment priorities.
Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and support hiring decisions.
Ensure a consistent, efficient, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate reports and documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
