Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing team at Auxis is rapidly growing as the company’s annual revenue continue to increase by over 40% year over year given the high demand in the market for our nearshore outsourcing services as well as our digital transformation and automation capabilities.

The IT Services Marketing Manager is a key role to continue driving and accelerating the growth of our inbound marketing efforts. This position is responsible for developing and executing an effective end-to-end marketing and lead generation strategy for Auxis’ IT services with the purpose of increasing awareness, website traffic, qualified MQLs, and ultimately new client wins for the company.  This position will report to Auxis’ Marketing VP.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on Auxis’ IT Services and market trends in order to effectively position Auxis capabilities and thought leadership while proposing content strategies that increase our website traffic and lead generation among our targeted buyers
  • Work closely with Auxis’ digital marketing team to ensure the successful end-to-end performance of the digital channels for the IT services including:
    • Ongoing SEO Optimization for new and existing content
    • Paid Ads campaigns for IT services, including Google Search, Bing, LinkedIn, Remarketing and others
    • Email Marketing
    • Intent Data Program
    • Social Media
    • Other proposed new channels – e.g. Clutch, G2, etc.
  • Create, maintain and manage the content strategy and calendar for the assigned service lines
  • Work closely with the different Practice leaders at the organization to obtain the necessary input in order to develop meaningful and relevant content and lead generation strategies. You will be expected to manage copy writers and graphic designers while reviewing the quality of the final deliverables before publication
  • Once the content is created, the IT Services Marketing Manager is also responsible for defining and executing an effective content distribution strategy to make sure we maximize the visibility of that content across channels.
  • Develop a close relationship with key Industry Research Analysts and other relevant content distribution organizations/editorials in the space to increase their level of awareness of Auxis’ capabilities.  The main goal of these efforts is to be able to distribute our content as part of their collateral/editorial in order to increase Auxis’ website traffic and conversions.
  • Measure, analyze and report on IT lead generation performance in a regular basis in order to continuously monitor and improve our engagement levels
  • Manage budget related to marketing IT efforts
  • Continuously maintain and archive all content assets for IT across the entire sales process and make them available to all the stakeholders at the organization
  • Ensure a consistent voice across all collateral, meeting Auxis’ quality and branding standards

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in marketing, with a focus on IT services, software, or technology products.
  • Must be based in South Florida
  • Proven Track Record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the IT services sector.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation & CRM platforms such as HubSpot
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling marketing content and presenting strategies.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and campaign performance metrics.
