Job Summary

The Business Analyst position will focus on Revenue Cycle Management and Customer Care Business Operations utilizing best practices and digital technology to assist in providing value-added processes improvement, and implementation services to optimize performance and enhance customer experience.  You will collaborate closely with client leads and team members across various departments to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop documentation for team training, operational efficiency and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

Process Improvement and Optimization:

  • Analyze and understand existing business processes to prepare high-quality documentation and training materials.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate and implement digital tools, platforms, and applications to streamline operations and improve user experiences.

 

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

  • Collaborate with client leads and team members to understand their business objectives.
  • Conduct analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

 

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Foster strong relationships with client management, leads and end-users.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and communicate project progress and outcomes.

 

Project Management and Implementation:

  • Assist in project planning, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline management.
  • Monitor project progress, contribute to risk and issue identification and mitigation to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.

 

Skills and Experience

  • English Language (Oral and written)- B2+
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Accounting, Healthcare Services, or a related field
  • 2-4 years as an Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry or BPO shared services migration projects.
  • Foundational understanding of business processes and customer service practices
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand new activities, ask questions, and translate into step-by-step documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with client team members.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.) and familiarity with systems (e.g., ERPs, analytics)
  • Ability to collect, organization and analyze business information
