The HR Analyst in Barranquilla will support HR operations, compliance, onboarding, terminations, employee records, and performance management processes. This role is responsible for assisting with key HR functions, including new hire processing, schedule management, policy implementation, employment law compliance, HRIS updates, and employee engagement initiatives. The HR Analyst will work closely with HR leadership, managers, and employees to ensure efficient administrative processes and maintain data accuracy in HR systems. Additionally, this role will contribute to facilities management, locker control, dress code compliance, and engagement program coordination.
Assign and update employee schedules in UKG and Synerion for Costa Rica, Colombia, and the USA.
Manage and audit status changes in Ultipro, including approvals, addendums, probation periods, and leadership updates.
Track and process vacation balances, cancellations, and updates.
Maintain compliance with Colombian labor law and company policies.
Conduct audits of employee digital files, ensuring proper documentation for new hires and terminations.
Support contract audits and manage contract revisions.
Ensure compliance with dress code policies, tracking and managing dress code warnings.
Participate in onboarding activities, including Onboarding Day #2 facilitation.
Handle the end-to-end access request process for new hires.
Conduct biweekly audits of new hires to ensure compliance with onboarding requirements.
Maintain and manage new hire bank accounts, including activations and token requests.
Create and maintain new hire digital files within three days of hire.
Coordinate equipment delivery and return processes for terminated employees.
Create deactivation tickets and notify Auxis Terminations to ensure proper offboarding.
Scan and save exit checklists, ensuring accurate records in the shared drive.
Assist in conducting exit interviews and extracting data for leadership feedback.
Audit and follow up on exit surveys, analyzing trends and reporting insights.
Support the 60-day evaluation process, ensuring timely completion and maintaining the evaluation tracker.
Assist in tracking warnings and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in UKG.
Audit performance review scores, escalate concerns, and ensure accuracy.
Track and report on coaching sessions and training hours in Athena and other platforms.
Assist in the creation and tracking of development plans for employees.
Help organize and conduct R-Y-G meetings, ensuring action items are documented and followed up.
Propose and support engagement programs, coordinating surveys and gathering feedback.
Regularly analyze turnover trends, assisting leadership in identifying issues and improvement areas.
Maintain the organizational chart, ensuring updates align with business needs.
Conduct reviews of team ratios and assist in identifying discrepancies.
Oversee locker assignments, conducting monthly reviews to ensure appropriate usage.
Support office space management and coordinate maintenance requests.
Assist in tracking and managing work-from-home vs. office attendance trends.
Provide emergency support and coordination for facilities-related issues.
Manage employee profiles and system integrations in UKG, Synerion, and other HRIS platforms.
Conduct audits of vacation balances and status change records.
Extract and analyze onboarding and engagement survey data, providing reports to leadership.
Support the Peak Performance Program, validating and approving points in SharePoint, coordinating Peak Fair events, and managing the budget.
Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned, supporting business and HR strategic initiatives.
Maintain knowledge of HR trends and best practices, ensuring continuous process improvement.
Assist in company-wide policy implementation and compliance monitoring.
Experience: 1-2 years of HR administration experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
English Proficiency: B2+ (Oral and written communication at 80% or higher).
HR Knowledge: Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
Organizational & Analytical Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure data accuracy.
Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions.
