Experienced Training and Quality Specialist to join our Center of Excellence (COE). This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing training programs, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Training and/or Learning Development roles
in corporate environments.
• Effective facilitation and classroom management skills with the ability to present information
using a variety of techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other departments
and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (Oral and written skills at 90% or higher) (C1 or above)
• Ability to manage multiple client processes.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently.
• Intermediate Office Knowledge (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of LMS, eLearning Content Creation, and Microlearning is a plus.
• Experience in Instructional Design and industry-standard training models is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
