The IT Project Manager must lead the migration of approximately 12,000 workstations from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects. Experience with Microsoft Intune is essential.

• Project Planning and Management:
• Lead and manage the overall project.
• Develop and maintain the project plan, schedule, and deliverables.
• Track and report project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including IT teams, end users, and external vendors.
• Ensure proper testing, deployment strategies, and rollback procedures are in place.
• Track and report project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Technical Oversight:
• Provide expertise in IT infrastructure and Microsoft Intune.
• Evaluate the current Microsoft Intune implementation and architecture against best practices.
• Oversight the design and implement best practice configurations for Intune.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and create technical documentation of the configuration.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain documentation on upgrade procedures and lessons learned.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including assessment reports, upgrade procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to client standards and is up to date.
  • Assist in creating training materials for internal teams and end users

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Remarkable communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading IT Projects.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically in IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows operating systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish)

Nice to Haves:

• Project Management certification (PMP)
• Project Management agility certifications.
• Experience with large-scale IT migrations.
• Knowledge on Smartsheet Preferible or other PM tools
• Knowledge of best practices in IT infrastructure and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies and tools.
