Junior Talent Acquisition Sourcer

 

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about recruitment and eager to launch a career in talent sourcing.

 

In this role, you’ll support one of our largest accounts — a leading healthcare provider — by identifying and engaging top-tier candidates across various sourcing channels. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a robust talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Proactively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn,Indeed, job boards, social media, and other creative channels.
  • Engage with potential candidates to assess interest and fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and pipelines.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and sourcing best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Utilize sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media) to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and maintain communication to build interest in open roles.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent community engagement.
  • Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports.
  • Ensure performance and quality standards and operational metrics are met.
  • Assist in analyzing sourcing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sourcing strategy discussions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and sourcing best practices.
  • Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct.”
  • Maintain confidentiality on all internal and external channels.
  • Easily adapt to changes in the work environment or job assignment.

Skills and Experience

  • English – Spanish Language (Oral and writing 85% or higher), (B2+ or above).
  • Must have a high school diploma.
  • Studies in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1 year of experience in human resources, data entry, customer service or backoffice role, with genuine interest in building a career as Talent Sourcer in a multinational company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to effectively learn new processes.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Comfortable working in a high volume/high demand environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed and other sourcing platforms is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work with different stakeholders across time zones.
  • This job adjusts to the Eastern Time Zone and follows a US holiday schedule.
  • Good presentation and a polite, tactful, and friendly character.
