The Sr Cash App Clerk reports directly to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor. The Cash Application function consists of clerical and administrative services to ensure the accurate, timely and efficient posting and reconciliation of cash and non-cash payments to customer accounts.
High school diploma or equivalent, with advanced studies in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Strong knowledge of cash application principles, practices, and industry standards.
Proficient in accounting software and advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Familiar with electronic payment processing systems, online banking platforms, and automated cash application tools.
Exceptional attention to detail, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to resolve complex issues independently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
