We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to support and enhance our client’s ServiceNow platform in collaboration with Auxis teams and internal stakeholders. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and optimization, with a focus on delivering automation, integrations, and innovative solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement platform enhancements.
Develop and deploy workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations to support business processes.
Lead and support projects involving automation, Virtual Agent (chat), integrations, and emerging ServiceNow capabilities.
Monitor platform health, perform upgrades, patching, and ensure compliance with ITSM/ITIL best practices.
Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to internal teams and end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues promptly.
5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer.
Strong expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), and experience with Service Catalog, CMDB, and Workflows.
Experience implementing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, or other tools.
Familiarity with Virtual Agent, AI Search, or Performance Analytics is a plus.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) are preferred.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Supporting large enterprise environments and multi-team collaborations.
Working with Agile methodologies and change management processes.
Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules (HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, etc.) is a plus.
