Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to support and enhance our client’s ServiceNow platform in collaboration with Auxis teams and internal stakeholders. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and optimization, with a focus on delivering automation, integrations, and innovative solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement platform enhancements.

  • Develop and deploy workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations to support business processes.

  • Lead and support projects involving automation, Virtual Agent (chat), integrations, and emerging ServiceNow capabilities.

  • Monitor platform health, perform upgrades, patching, and ensure compliance with ITSM/ITIL best practices.

  • Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to internal teams and end-users.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues promptly.

Skills and Experience

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer.

  • Strong expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), and experience with Service Catalog, CMDB, and Workflows.

  • Experience implementing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, or other tools.

  • Familiarity with Virtual Agent, AI Search, or Performance Analytics is a plus.

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) are preferred.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

  • Supporting large enterprise environments and multi-team collaborations.

  • Working with Agile methodologies and change management processes.

  • Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules (HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, etc.) is a plus.
