We are looking for a proactive Recruiting Partner to support hiring managers and HR business partners in achieving high-volume hiring goals across stores, supply chain facilities, and contact centers. You will act as a consultative partner, aligning talent acquisition strategies with business needs, promoting company culture, and driving organizational priorities.
Build and manage pipelines of top candidates through market research and relationship management.
Partner with hiring managers to plan and execute high-volume recruitment during peak periods.
Source, screen, and select talent for specialized and exempt field positions.
Collaborate with centralized talent acquisition teams to optimize processes and improve candidate experience.
Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles and enhance employer brand awareness.
Facilitate talent planning and debrief discussions with stakeholders to ensure hiring targets are met.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related recruiting roles (including sales, operations, or leadership positions)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
English proficiency B2+
Experience in project coordination or ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday)
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong skills in MS Office applications
Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
Experience conducting behavioral interviews
Ability to consult and influence hiring managers
Familiarity with the US recruiting cycle
