The Automation and BI Reporting Specialist is responsible for driving operational efficiency, reducing manual effort, and enabling data-driven decision-making across IT operations. This role focuses on the design, implementation, and management of automation initiatives and business intelligence reporting to support seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
Design, implement, and manage automation workflows and chatbots to streamline processes and improve first-contact resolution rates.
Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into ticket trends, SLA adherence, agent performance, and overall service health.
Integrate ITSM platforms with automation and reporting tools to enable seamless data flow and reduce repetitive tasks.
Leverage analytics to proactively identify efficiency gaps, process improvement opportunities, and innovation in service delivery.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of automation and BI initiatives with organizational goals and ITIL best practices.
5–7 years of experience in IT operations, Service Desk, or related environments.
3+ years of hands-on experience in automation development and tool administration.
Strong expertise with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
Proficiency with automation and scripting tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Python).
Experience building BI dashboards and KPIs using Power BI.
Knowledge of ITIL processes, SLAs, and operational best practices.
Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
