Job Summary

At Auxis, we're hiring a Senior Benefits Implementation Specialist to join our team! This is a pivotal, hands-on role where your meticulous attention to detail and deep system knowledge will directly impact how our clients' employees access their critical benefits.

 

What Makes This Role Unique?

  •  This isn't just about data entry; it's about owning the end-to-end implementation process. You'll be the architect behind the scenes, ensuring flawless configuration, setup, and compliance for new and renewing benefit programs.

 

In this role, you will:

  •  Lead Implementations: Drive the successful configuration of benefit plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment workflows within leading benefits administration systems (like bSwift, Workday, Benefitfocus, UKG, and more).
  •  Be a System Expert: Leverage your 2-3 years of experience with benefits administration systems to build, test, and audit complex plan setups, guaranteeing accuracy before employee enrollment.
  •  Manage the Pipeline: Use your experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/ticketing tools) to manage implementation timelines, track milestones, and document progress and resolutions.
  •  Ensure Quality: Perform system testing and meticulous quality checks, reconciling enrollment data against carrier confirmations and payroll records.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the client’s implementation team to ensure accurate setup of new and renewing groups within benefits administration systems.
  • Build and configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment workflows in platforms.
  • Manage group implementation timelines, tracking milestones and progress in HubSpot for pipeline management and ticket fulfillment.
  • Perform system testing, audits, and quality checks to ensure plan accuracy prior to employee enrollment.
  • Monitor and reconcile enrollment data against initial quotes, carrier confirmations, and payroll records.
  • Collaborate with internal client teams to confirm group installation, renewals, and terminations.
  • Document implementation status, issues, and resolutions in HubSpot and other tracking systems.
  • Generate reports and provide updates during daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and system enhancements.
  • Consistently meet project deadlines while managing multiple implementations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain open communication with the Benefits Operations Teams on resolution of matters
  • Regular participation in daily, weekly, and monthly virtual meetings and reporting.
  • Lead implementation projects
  • Support with additional activities as required.

Skills and Experience

Technical Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Systems Engineering, Business, or other relevant degree OR 4 years experience in lieu of degree
  • English Level of a B2+
  • 2-3 years experience with benefits administration systems and group implementation.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar pipeline/ticket management tools.
  • Experience of benefits administration systems and modules such as bSwift, Navigator, ADP, Benefitfocus, Businessolver, PlanSource, Empyrean, Workday, UKG, Paylocity, or Dayforce.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing platforms for pipeline and workflow management
