The Business & Reporting Analyst will act as the main point of contact for business KPI insights & Trends.
This role will be responsible for reporting, data analysis & stakeholder management
· Design and develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
· Streamline & standardize the existing reporting process across the different operations
· Conduct business reviews to report out metric results, trend findings & recommendations, with special emphasis on QA reporting
· Become SME on performance metrics for clients and organization
· Conduct and attend requirement gathering meetings to identify needs, concerns, and action plans
· Collaborate in developing reference documents or reports for performance measurement
· 3+ years of experience in similar roles
· English –Spanish Language (Oral and writing 85 % or higher)
· Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
· Advanced Excel skills (VBA is a plus)
· Intermediate-Advanced Power BI skills
· Project Management Knowledge preferred
