Job Summary

Auxis’ Digital Transformation practice partners with clients to solve high-value operational and productivity challenges by redesigning processes and ways of working, and by implementing digital technologies. 

 

The Senior Consultant, Digital Transformation will be responsible for providing professional business and information technology consulting services, both individually and as part of a project team. Lead and drive complex digital transformation projects for our clients, providing strategic guidance and hands-on expertise to enable their successful adoption of digital technologies and processes. You will work closely with clients' senior executives, deliver transformative solutions, and contribute to the growth and success of our consulting practice. 

Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Strategy: 

  • Engage with key stakeholders and business leads to understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and desired digital transformation outcomes. 
  • Lead the identification and prioritization of opportunities, development of digital roadmaps, and business cases that align with clients' vision, goals, and industry best practices. 
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on digital trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions. 

 

Digital Transformation Leadership: 

  • Lead and support digital transformation project workstreams, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints. 
  • Lead cross-functional teams, both internally and with clients, to drive digital transformation initiatives, including process improvement, technology adoption, and change management efforts. 
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. 

 

Process Optimization and Innovation: 

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digitization.  
  • Design and implement innovative digital solutions that drive operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and enable business growth. 
  • Leverage industry best practices, frameworks, and methodologies to guide process improvement efforts and foster continuous innovation. 

 

Technology Evaluation and Implementation: 

  • Evaluate clients' technology landscape and provide expert advice on selecting and implementing digital tools, platforms, and solutions that align with their strategic objectives. 
  • Oversee the implementation of digital solutions, collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful integration, scalability, and alignment with business requirements. 
  • Guide clients on data management, cybersecurity, and privacy considerations throughout the digital transformation journey. 

 

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders as an advisor on digital transformation initiatives. 
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements, drive consensus, and communicate project progress and outcomes. 
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of digital transformation efforts. 

 

Thought Leadership and Knowledge Sharing: 

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to digital transformation. 
  • Share insights and expertise through thought-leadership initiatives, including white papers, blogs, and speaking engagements. 
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional development and contributing to the growth of the digital transformation practice. 

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • 4- years of proven track record of successfully leading and delivering digital transformation projects in a consulting environment. 
  • Minimum of 2 years with Management Consulting or Auditing (Big 4 preferred) 
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning, roadmap development, and execution of large-scale digital transformation initiatives. 
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of digital technologies, such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and automation. 
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex business challenges, develop innovative solutions, and drive organizational change. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire senior executives. 
  • Strong project management expertise, with the ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and timelines. 
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while also being hands-on and detail-oriented in execution. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity. 
  • Relevant certifications in digital transformation, project management, or related areas are a plus.
