FP&A Analyst

The FP&A Analyst will provide guidance to practice and department leaders by assisting in the preparation, deployment, and delivery of decision support tools and methodologies. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing data integrity and accuracy, diagnosing, and troubleshooting system errors, and providing recommendations for improvements of the decision support processes.

Financial Analysis (40%)
Be the “eyes and ears” of Auxis organization by becoming the liaison between the corporate functions and operations teams.
• Dive deeply into financial and operational data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
• Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
• Design and develop data reporting systems for business operations.
• Analyze and consolidate financial results actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance standard pricing and business models (sensitivity and scenarios analysis)

Business Intelligence and Analytics (40%)
Tech Savvy Data analytics
• High: MS Excel skills (Power Query and Power Pivot)
• Medium: Statistics and Analytics

Dashboards and Data Visualization (Power BI) – DAX and M
Data Modelling - RDBMS

• Low: Python (NumPy, Pandas and Matplotlib/Seaborn)

Chat-GPT (Grasp on how to implement AI on day-to-day to automate, improve productivity, and make better data-driven decisions).

Soft Skills (20%)

• Curiosity/Communication: Approaching problems in novel ways; seeing patterns and understanding how to synthesize complex information.
• Tolerance of Ambiguity: Being comfortable with uncertainty and support decision with incomplete information.
• Adaptability: Being able to adjust to constraints and rebound from adversity.

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in finance, accounting, or business intelligence.
• Bachelor's degree required in Finance & Accounting, Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics (master’s degree is a plus).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish is required (written and spoken high B2+)
• Professional Services experience a plus
