This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines simultaneously while supporting operational and financial processes related to employee benefits administration.
Additionally, this position is expected to contribute to process improvement initiatives, operational organization, reporting optimization, and leadership support activities that strengthen team efficiency and service delivery. The Senior Benefits Analyst may also provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and support to junior analysts or new team members when needed.
