We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Junior Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about recruitment and eager to build a career in talent sourcing. As a Junior Sourcer, you will support the recruitment team of one our largest accounts and leading healthcare provider, by identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels, helping to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
As a Junior Sourcer, you’ll be the creative and strategic gatekeeper who identifies and engages the best talent to start our client’s recruitment process. You’ll play a crucial role in driving our growth by sourcing high-quality candidates for key positions and collaborating with our team to meet client needs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, autonomy, and collaboration while delivering results.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and
candidate profiles.
• Utilize sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media) to
identify and engage passive candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and maintain communication to build interest in open roles.
• Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring teams.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent community engagement.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports.
• Ensure performance and quality standards and operational metrics are met.
• Assist in analyzing sourcing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sourcing strategy discussions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and sourcing best practices.
• Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct.”
• Maintain confidentiality on all internal and external channels.
• Easily adapt to changes in the work environment or job assignment.
• English – Spanish Language (Oral and writing B2+ or above).
• I must have a high school diploma.
• Studies in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to effectively learn new processes.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Comfortable working in a high volume/high demand environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed and other sourcing platforms is a plus.
• Flexibility to work with different stakeholders across time zones.
• Good presentation and a polite, tactful, and friendly character.
