We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Junior Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about recruitment and eager to build a career in talent sourcing. As a Junior Sourcer, you will support the recruitment team of one our largest accounts and leading healthcare provider, by identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels, helping to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
As a Junior Sourcer, you’ll be the creative and strategic gatekeeper who identifies and engages the best talent to start our client’s recruitment process. You’ll play a crucial role in driving our growth by sourcing high-quality candidates for key positions and collaborating with our team to meet client needs. • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Utilize sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and social media channels, to identify and engage qualified active and passive candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach and maintain candidate engagement throughout the sourcing process to generate interest in open opportunities.
• Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with position requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent community engagement activities to strengthen the organization's talent pipeline.
• Track sourcing activities and performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Assist in analyzing sourcing data to identify trends, improve effectiveness, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sourcing strategy discussions to contribute to overall recruiting success.
• Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and sourcing best practices.
• Consistently meet established quality standards, service levels, and operational performance metrics.
• Adhere to company policies, including the Code of Conduct, and maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
• Maintain confidentiality of all candidate, employee, and business information across internal and external communications.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs, priorities, and work assignments.
• English and Spanish proficiency (written and verbal) at 85% or higher (B2+ level or above).
• High school diploma required.
• Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Data Entry, Customer Service, or a back-office environment, with a strong interest in developing a career in Talent Sourcing within a multinational organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes, systems, and technologies.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple tools and platforms efficiently.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn and take initiative.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms is considered a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones.
• Availability to work aligned with the Eastern Time Zone and observe the U.S. holiday calendar.
• Professional presence with strong presentation skills and a courteous, tactful, and positive attitude.
