The Junior HR Analyst supports the Human Resources team by assisting with administrative processes and maintaining accurate employee records. This entry-level role provides day-to-day support for onboarding, employee status updates, documentation, and other basic HR functions. The Junior HR Analyst ensures compliance with company policies and contributes to maintaining an organized and professional HR operation.

High School Diploma.
Technical Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Bilingual Shared Services, or a related field.
English–Spanish proficiency (oral and written) at B2 level (80%) or higher.
Previous work experience is not required. Prior Human Resources experience or internships are considered a plus.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Basic understanding of or interest in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge in Human Resources.
Availability to work during standard business hours, and employees are expected to work on-site as required.
Employees may become eligible to work from home up to two (2) days per week after completing training and demonstrating proficiency in the role.
