Job Summary

Responsibilities

· Function as a Content Advisor for diverse clients, including ECS and ICS organizations, facilitating effective content management services.

· Act as a liaison between Stakeholders and National Content Management (CM) team members to ensure seamless delivery.

· Showcase a robust understanding of Content Management best practices, ensuring quality deliverables through effective review and feedback mechanisms.

· Collaborate with Knowledge Management (KM) teams to formulate a comprehensive Content Strategy, enhancing the reach of their content.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with primary stakeholders and National KM team members, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.

· Drive awareness and adoption of KM technologies within NKM and stakeholder groups, including intranet, collaboration, and social platforms.

· Proactively engage with the reporting manager and team members, providing updates on project status, challenges, and issues.

· Promote collaborative tools to facilitate idea-sharing among internal teams and stakeholders.

· Actively participate in team-level discussions, contributing insights to knowledge and business-related discussions during knowledge-sharing sessions.

 

Project Management Responsibilities:

 

· Demonstrate effective time management and prioritization skills.

· Manage multiple projects from planning to execution under tight deadlines with minimal supervision, showcasing ownership of projects of simple to medium complexity.

· Work in a structured and time-bound manner, maintaining adequate documentation and communication.

· Stay informed about all assigned projects and initiatives, delivering projects with a proactive and transparent mindset. Escalate issues as appropriate.

· Identify, share, and implement leading practices.

 

People Management Responsibilities:

 

· Supervise team members working on projects, including temporary staff, analysts, associates, and peer senior associates.

· Provide detailed and timely feedback on the performance of others involved in projects.

· Work independently as a key contributor in the team while investing time in developing competencies for junior members in alignment with business priorities and individual developmental needs.

· Officially coach junior team members in line with the group structure.

Skills and Experience

· English Level B2+

· Proficient in both verbal and written communication, with effective communication skills.

· Proven track record of providing training and guidance to others in process and technology-related aspects.

· Demonstrated ability to interface with individuals at all levels, including leadership, in a globally diverse environment.

· Mastery of Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Familiarity with Office 365 applications and collaboration platforms

· Familiarity with any content management systems (e.g., SharePoint).

· Knowledge of SEO principles.

· Familiarity with web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).

· Basic graphic design skills. Awareness of responsive web design principles.

· Understanding of information architecture.

· Basic cybersecurity awareness.

· Strong understanding of Knowledge Management principles and methodologies, including taxonomy and metadata, community management, and knowledge harvesting. Additionally, possesses a good understanding of professional services firms, their services, industries, and areas of business.

· Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels including leadership in a globally diverse environment.

· Adaptive to situational demands & seeks out guidance in unclear circumstances.

· Confronting and addressing challenges in a clear, direct, and respectful manner

· Foster an environment of continuous feedback and professional development.

 

Education:

 

· Master’s degree required - MBA.

· 4-5 years of relevant work experience
