Job Summary

The PEO Analyst supports the Insurance Services team by performing daily administrative and customer service activities. The role responds to client requests and assists with calls, emails, documentation, insurance applications, reporting, and follow-up tasks.

 

Success in this position requires strong organizational and communication skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, route callers to the appropriate team member, and assist clients with basic inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on applications, quotes, missing information, and other pending requests.
  • Review and categorize messages received through the shared Outlook inbox.
  • Review InsurLink requests, assist with client setup, and answer basic platform-related questions.
  • Review new cases and identify clients who need support from the Insurance Services team.
  • Download documents from carrier websites and route them to the appropriate team members for processing.
  • Process insurance certificates in accordance with established procedures.
  • Complete online quotes through insurance carrier platforms and send the results to the assigned team member.
  • Support the Once Bound process, including binder review, account processing in AMS360, and master certificate creation.
  • Run monthly expiration reports and schedule renewal follow-up activities on the appropriate team members’ calendars.
  • Prepare monthly renewal and operational reports, including retention, activity, and sales information.
  • Send DocuSign packages for new and renewal policies, including finance contracts when required.
  • Contact existing clients to follow up on payments associated with additional-premium endorsements and audits.
  • Request finance quotes for additional premiums, audits, and endorsements in accordance with established procedures.
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in all required systems.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

 

Skills and Experience

  • English and Spanish proficiency at 80% or higher in speaking and writing (B2/B2+ or above).
  • High school diploma required.
  • 1 Year of experience in administrative support, customer service, back-office operations, insurance services, or a similar field preferred.
  • Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours and follow the U.S. holiday schedule.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a genuine interest in assisting customers.
  • Professional presentation and a polite, tactful, and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
  • Ability to adapt to change and evolving workplace demands.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
