The SD Analyst Level I is the first point of contact for the users who call our IT Service Desk. The SD Analyst Level I answers incoming calls, tracks all information in a call tracking system, Troubleshoots basic End User issues on various software applications, hardware, network and telecommunications systems and provide basic desktop support. The SD Analyst Level I escalates unresolved problem/issues/requests to the proper Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams.
The trainer will be responsible for creating, coordinating and delivering training to new hires & existing employees, as well as partnering with the current trainers for methodology standardization and continuous improvement.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide support for employment compliance and regulations (federal, state, local) through the HR case system and review of related data. This includes execution, problem resolution and escalation support. Responds to moderately complex employee inquiries regarding HR compliance issues. Additionally, this role will be responsible for executing and monitoring audits programs to ensure HR compliance. As such, this role must exercise a significant amount of discretion in handling and dealing with sensitive and confidential matters as well as data related and its current and former associates. This role will partner with CoEs, leaders, HR business partners, etc. to resolve escalated issues, requests or concerns.
The primary purpose of this role is to capture, update, format, and upload to the knowledge base process documentation including workflow diagrams, standard operation procedures, help guides, articles, work instructions and other content documents using direction from the respective COE's and subject matter experts. This role administers and uploads HR policy updates based on overall direction from the Associate Relations team. The Knowledge Base Specialist administers, maintains and updates knowledge articles (FAQs, presentations, practice guidance, and other HR documents) based on content direction from the respective functional team. This role works closely with leadership and functional teams to build relationships and continuously gain a deeper understanding of the division's process documentation to meet business needs.
The primary purpose of the Quality Support Analyst is to support key projects associated with Associate Care Center business process development and seamless customer experience. This includes responsibility for providing timely, accurate, and actionable information about overall operations, recommending changes or improvements to processes and standards, and measuring adherence to business standards and the impacts on customer experience. This role will also provide data and input to help with the continued development and improvement to operational training processes and content.
The Talent Acquisition Administrator supports talent acquisition activities related to field high volume hourly and salaried hiring. The Talent Acquisition Administrator is responsible for responding to and resolving system errors impacting hiring process to include position creation, job postings, candidate application and resume details, and system transfer into Workday to ensure a successful hire and onboarding
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition Managers to perform end-to-end support and talent acquisition activities related to low/high volume hourly roles, as well as low/high volume salaried roles requisitions . Typically the Talent Acquisition Specialist is aligned to specific geographical scope, however may flex to other areas during high volume times to support seasonal needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist would also support basic applicant sourcing for assigned roles, end to end workflow execution, delivering qualified candidates to hiring leaders and successfully closing out the hiring process for each assigned requisition. Lastly, this role will engage with candidates for a variety of roles and will ensure a quality experience is represented
The primary purpose of this role is to act as the first point of contact for an employee or manager calling the HR service center. Answers general questions regarding portal navigation and Total Rewards policies and procedures, referring to an online knowledge base for information and guidance. Perform administrative tasks in support of Total Rewards processes. Uses a case management tool for tracking requests and may transfer or escalate them to other service center parties if the issue cannot be resolved within the contact center.
The HR Services Specialist is a service focused individual contributor responsible for delivering superior customer service and providing quality and timely information to current and former associates (throughout their employment journey or lifecycle) regarding their general HR inquiries. This role will perform administrative tasks in support of service center processes, as well as leverage case management for tracking requests referencing knowledgebase for information and may transfer or escalate inquiries that cannot be resolved. The HR Services Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for the global HR Services team with regards to knowledge, HR practices, training and regulations as related to the processing of HR transactions. This role is required to have a deep and broad level of knowledge of HR transactions, interact with multiple individuals simultaneously and have the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and demonstrate flexibility in a productivity focused, high volume and fast-paced environment. In addition, this role must adhere to strict confidentiality practices.
