The primary purpose of this role is to serve as a consultative business partner to hiring managers and field HR business partners to ensure successful execution of recruiting strategies aimed at achieving high volume hiring needs across field operations. The designated business areas under the responsibility of this role diverse and geographically dispersed stores, supply chain facilities and contact centers. The Collections Analyst position reports directly to the BPO Supervisor. The Collections Analyst is responsible for performing various financial functions to ensure company invoices, credit checks, and collections are paid/performed in adherence to company policies & procedures. This Collections Analyst must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.

The Loan Processorwill be responsible for providing high-quality customer service assistance when responding to loan applications from customers and prospective customers. You will provide accurate and up-to-date answers to prospects and customers, while observing all compliance regulations. The Loan Processor Agent will work in the back end, making sure that all the customer’s data is complete in order to proceed towards the decisioning stage with the Underwriting department. 

As a part of the solution development team, you will be responsible for translating the functional requirements into the architecture for the solution. Your process involves selecting the most appropriate technologies and options based on the requirements. You will ensure the solution architecture aligns with enterprise architecture roadmaps and adheres to enterprise architecture principles.
