The Parallon Analyst will provide professional business and customer service support, both individually and as part of a project team, with a focus on assisting Auxis managed services and customer service clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity. 

The Business Process Analyst position will focus on Revenue Cycle Management and Customer Care Business Operations within the Shared Services utilizing best practices and digital technology to assist in providing value-added processes improvement, and implementation services to optimize performance and enhance customer experience.  You will collaborate closely with client leads and team members across various departments to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop documentation for team training, operational efficiency and competitive advantage.

The Sr. Accountant is a Senior-level position reporting directly to the Accounting Supervisor. The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing guidance to other members of the accounting team.
